May 14, 2016 (Thunder Bay, ON) – Former Canadian National XC Ski Team member, Alysson Marshall, is still turning heads as she was recently named Female Athlete of the Year at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay. The talented 28-year-old skier also received the Most Valuable Female Nordic skier Award and was also named the Ontario University Athletics Nordic Champion. Marshall spent seven years on the national team earning multiple wins and podium performances on both the NorAm Series in Canada and the SuperTour in the USA.
