June 14, 2016 – Cross Country Ski de fond Canada is pleased to announce the athletes who have been named to the 2016-2017 Para-Nordic Prospects Team. In partnership with Own the Podium and the Canadian Paralympic Committee, the Para-Nordic Prospects Team is a NextGen team of athletes with the potential to make Canada’s Para-Nordic National Team within 5-8 years, and who show potential to be serious contenders on the IPC World Cup stage.

The Prospects team will be supported by their local coaches in their daily training environments, and in competition at IPC World Cup events and designated training camps by CCC’s Para-Nordic Development Coach, Kate Boyd.
