October 08, 2016 (North River, NY) – Garnet Hill Lodge in New York State’s Adirondack Mountains has a new owner reports the Albany Business Review. The cross-country ski center and 268-acre resort was sold for $1.34 million to Garnet Hill Resort LLC on Sept. 28. The property features a main lodge with 25 rooms, two cabins, and a restaurant. The ski center has more than 30 miles (48km) of groomed trails for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Summer activities include canoeing, kayaking, mountain biking and hiking.
