All of this follows the World Anti-Doping Agency’s second edition of the McLaren Report that outlined systemic doping in Russian sports. Neither Legkov nor Belov’s names appear on the 2017 Tour de Ski start list for Russia which includes Sergey Ustiugov, Alexander Bessmertnykh, Andrey Larkov, Andrey Melnichenko, Petr Sedov, Ermil Vokuev, and Alexey Chervotkin. SkiTrax believes that this appeal will take place at the Swiss-based Court of Arbitration in Sport (CAS).

    Good for them.
If we look at Rodchenkov’s emails then we find only two notes – Vylegzhanin used newly banned for racing period medicine during training camp. And Legkov didn’t show TUE for astma medicine that he has (and don’t have to since his TUE in ADAMS base).
This is good evidence that Russian skiers are clean not only in Europe where they spend more than half a year but also in Russia.
Take a look in Rodchenkov’s emails at steroid cases in biathlon and track&field. But FIS suspend 6 skiers and only 2 from biathlon.
