April 21, 2019 (Hayward, WI) · Each year, the American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation (ABSF) donates proceeds from the Barkie Birkie Skijor to the Northwoods Humane Society, Hayward, WI. Over 90 teams competed during the 2019 Birkie week of events resulting in a donation of $1,000. Skijor teams…we’ll see you on 2/20/20! #BarkieFever #GoingToTheDogs.

“Thanks for putting on such an awesome event. Flash in the pic here did the 3K and Shasta did the 5K and I did both. Fun was had by all. It was a well organized and run event.
