January 15, 2016 – Swiss xc ski star Dario Cologna strained his calf muscle during the 15km CL race in Val di Fiemme, Italy, Stage 7 of the FIS Tour de Ski reports Swiss-Ski.ch. An MRI taken the following day in Davos revealed deep muscle strain and but a muscle tear is not suspected. Cologna will need to curtail his training for three weeks to concentrate on a detailed rehabilitation program and he’ll be reviewing his strategy for upcoming competitions over the next few days.
