January 18, 2018 (Oro-Medonte, ON) – We would like to let you know that we will begin issuing refunds beginning this Saturday, January 20th due to the recent fire. We have set up a Guests Services desk in our temporary headquarters located in the programming house.

If you made your purchase through our online system, you will receive your refund automatically. Please note we are starting online refunds on Saturday, January 20th and will have to do them all individually on the back end. It will take a few days to process refunds individually online, you should see your refund appear within the next week. If purchases were made in person, please call or visit our temporary headquarters for your refund.

We have also decided that due to the inconvenience caused by the fire we will issue a 20% discount to everyone who has purchased a seasons pass. There are partial refunds for any shortened programs, and those receiving these refunds have already been contacted.

We are working on an alternative for the Moonlight Snowshoe Fondue Experience. Watch your email for more information about this exciting event.

Please visit our temporary guest services desk (located upstairs in the programming house) staring this Saturday from 8am-4pm if you have any questions.

Our team has been working hard to get some more heat into the warming center for you. Bob, our retail manager, has generously donated a fireplace that will heat things up nicely. It should be installed by the Wett certified contractor before the weekend.
