May 26, 2016 (Canmore, AB) – Cross Country Canada’s High Performance Coaching Seminar occurred from May 6-8 and was a resounding success. The seminar represented the largest gathering of high performance coaches from across the country outside of Canadian Ski Nationals. With over 80 participants and 8 speakers presenting on topics ranging from physiology to psychology to biomechanics to the latest in waxing trends on the world cup, the seminar provided a myriad of learning opportunities for attendees.  A big thank you to our presenters: Hans-Christer Holmberg, Blair Evans, Michael Kennedy, Joel Jaques, Guillaume Millet, Øyvind Sandbakk, Matthias Ahrens and Meredith Rocchi. CCC looks forward to running another HP seminar in two years time.
