December 10, 2013 (Ostersund, Sweden) – SkiTrax caught up with Canada’s Dasha Gaiazova in Sweden after her win at the Team Sportia Cup in Ostersund on Saturday where she qualified in top spot and advanced handily to score the victory in the final. While it wasn’t a big race it’s part of her prep for the upcoming FIS XC Ski World Cup skate sprint in Davos, Switzerland next weekend and the classic sprint in Asiago, Italy the following weekend. Gaiazova talks about her race and shares her plans for the rest of her season… including Sochi.
