March 13, 2012 (Oslo, Norway) – The USA’s Bryan Fletcher from Steamboat Springs, CO, scored a career-first FIS Nordic Combined World Cup victory at the season finale at the Holmenkollen in Oslo, Norway, this past weekend. It was a dream come true for Fletcher who has been making solid gains over the past two years and he was stoked to add his name to record books of King’s Cup winners that include Billy Demong 2009, Kerry Lynch 1983, and John Bower 1968 – read more here. We caught up with Fletcher while on a ferry ride to an invitational jumping competition in Europe before heading back home for comments on his stellar win, his season, and the sport at large.
