Global Objectives
Meaningful engagement in the education sector is critical to building a comprehensive, inclusive parasport system. Schools provide a vital arena where children access early experiences with physical literacy, physical activity and sport. Educational ministries, school boards and education leaders determine policy and curricula that can shape how youth understand and participate in society. As such, the CPC is developing a comprehensive strategy around youth, educational initiatives, and physical literacy and is seeking a consultant to support this process. The successful consultant will play an integral role in shaping and promoting the CPC’s physical literacy strategy, Paralympic FUNdamentals Resource, educational initiatives and events, and online tools.
