Job Opportunity – University of Alaska Fairbanks Seeks Assistant Coach

June 17, 2017 (Fairbanks, Alaska) – The Department of Athletics at the University of Alaska Fairbanks is seeking applicants to fill the position for the Assistant Coach for the Men’s and Women’s Nordic Ski Teams.  The Alaska Nanook Ski Team competes in the Rocky Mountain Intercollegiate Ski Association and frequently has all-american level performances at the NCAA Championships.

UAF is the ideal place to be a nordic skiing enthusiast with groomed trails right outside the door on the UAF campus and a quick 15 minute drive to the world class Birch Hill Facility. There is consistently good groomed skiing from late October/early November to late March/early April each year.

The position is a 9 month/year salaried position with excellent benefits. The minimum starting pay is $25.82/hour.  To learn more about the position or to apply please visit here.
