May 09, 2011 – VTXC masters training begins this week and will continue through August. The group will meet every Monday at 4 tentatively in the Stowe area. Training focus on steady-state intervals, speed, agility, strength and flexibility. Additional weekly options include group mountain bike rides, paddling, yoga, barefoot running and more.
