“I really like the Lahti courses,” said Bjornsen. “It sure was a fun day of classic skiing out there. After a great qualifier yesterday, I could see I was still in good shape, and had some extra “frustration energy” after the heats to put to use today.

“The Lahti courses are a great combination of running, gliding, and hidden seconds. I had some really good skis today and it’s nice to have some good races here after a bit of frustration during the Olympics. It is also very encouraging heading into the final races of the season with some good feelings still in my legs,” she added.
