January 27, 2019 (Antholz-Anterselva, Italy) – Clare Egan rebounded to finish 15th in the women’s 12.5km mass start with two penalties as the BMW IBU World Cup wrapped up in Antholz on Sunday. Germany’s Laura Dahlmeier took the win with one penalty. Canada’s Rosanna Crawford was 28th with five missed targets.
In the men’s 15km mass start it was Quentin Fillon Maillet (Fra) shooting clean for the win over Johannes Thingnes Boe (Nor) with with two penalties and Arnd Peiffe (Ger) in third also perfect on the range. Canadian Scott Gow was the lone North American in 27th with three missed targets.
