March 16, 2017 (Quebec City, Que.) – The latest news from the TeamĀ USA camp is that former triple Sprint Cup globe winner, Kikkan Randall, will not race at the World Cup Finals at Quebec City as she is not up to par according to a USSA statement issued late Thursday evening, “During warmup training today, Randall was not feeling 100% and decided it was best to sit out the races.”
Randall had a storybook weekend in Quebec City at the debut World Cup thereĀ in Dec. 2012 winning Team Sprint gold with Jessie Diggins and claiming the women’s individual 1.6km F sprint as well. SkiTrax joins the ski community in wishing Randall a speedy recovery.
