March 12, 2010 (Rogla, Slovenia) – Several U.S. skiers are currently competing in Europe and nine of them were in Rogla, Slovenia for the 2.5/3km Classic Prologue of the Alpen Cup. Denise Herrmann (GER) took spot in the women’s race and Dietmar Noeckler (ITA) won the men’s event. Top Americans were Nicole De Yong (USA) in 19th, and Michael Sinnott (USA) in 6th.
