February 7, 2010 (Ketchum, Idaho) – XCOregon’s powerhouse skater, Evelyn Dong, won the women’s race at the ASM Series’ 35th annual Boulder Mountain Tour (BMT) by a comfortable 37-second margin over Zoe Roy (SLC, UT) in second with Chelsea Holmes (Truckee, CA) in third. For the men, Zack Simons (Steinbock Racing) had a bit more of a challenge at the end of the 32km, winning the 3-way sprint finish by just 0.8s ahead of Didrik Smith (SLC, UT), and 1.7s ahead of Marshall Greene of XCOregon.

As the BMT has grown in popularity, the communities of Ketchum and Sun Valley launched the 1st annual Sun Valley Nordic Festival through the week leading up to the Tour. From January 30 through to February 7th, the community hosted nine days of activities, races, clinics and fun events culminating with the ever-popular Boulder Mountain Tour.
