December 06, 2011 (Vienna, Austria) – Christian Hoffman, retired Austrian cross-country skier and Olympic champion from the 30km race at the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics,  has been slapped with a 6-year ban from competition by NADA, the Austrian anti-doping agency reports Associated Press. Hoffman retired from skiing in 2009.
