November 01, 2013 – If you’ve been to www.catamounttrail.org lately you may have noticed things look a little different. Over the last month and a half we have been putting in some serious hours in front of the computer getting a new website ready for your viewing pleasure and it’s finally LIVE!

One of our main focuses was making the information on our site much easier to discover. We did two things to help improve this area of our site. The first was adding a search bar. This should help you find something when you know what you’re looking for , but don’t want to dig around. The second was adding drop-down and flyout menus to our navigation bar. These additions should make exploring our site much easier and faster.

So, please visit the new site and poke around a little. Check out some of the new features and the new layout and let us know what you think! We’d love to hear your feedback… especially if you discover something that doesn’t work.

CTA Annual Meeting – November 16th

Join us on November, 16th at the GMC to celebrate 30 years of skiing on the CT as well as Jim Frederick’s retirement after 7 years of leadership. This past year has been very good to us with many successful events, trail improvements and 4 miles of newly protected trail.

We will also be hosting a panel and discussion concerned with the past, present and future of backcountry skiing here in Vermont!

The event is free and open to the public.
