October 16, 2008 (Anchorage, AK) – We are seeking an enthusiastic person to serve as a part time Executive Administrator in the CCAK. The person will work directly with the CCAK Board of Directors and Competition Committee to facilitate communication via web mail and email for both committees and public business. Position will support Athletes development and work in conjunction with CCAK mission and goals.

Responsibilities include:
1) Besh Cup administration including pre-race and race day duties of registration, start list compilation, and posting race results. Post-race duties include point calculations and USSA point list postings and administration. Knowledge of Nordic ski racing points systems is valuable.
2) Website posting and maintenance.
3) Communication with the press regarding CCAK races and events and communication with clubs hosting the CCAK events.

This position is part time with a salary between $10,000 and $12,000 depending on applicant experience. The position has possible growth potential to include program director for CCAK.
