October 20, 2008 (Boulder, CO) – The 2008-09 Colorado Cup schedule is made up of the best five events in the state. Three out of five of the races are part of larger, festival weekends that have great atmosphere, offer something for everyone, and support the greater health of cross-country in our region. Join in the racing or join in the fun! Here are some of the key Colorado events this season…

– Dec. 20 – Howelson Hill (Steamboat Springs) 10km Classic Interval Start (and JOQ Weekend)
– Jan. 17 – Aspen Nordic Ski Festival and 21km Freestyle Owl Creek Chase Presented by The Ute Mountaineer (and JOQ and CU NCAA Invite Weekend)
– Jan. 31 – Crested Butte Alley Loop 42km Freestyle
– Feb. 7 – Devil’s Thumb Ranch Governor’s Cup 15km Freestyle (and Governor’s Cup/Keep Winter White Tour and University of Denver Invite Weekend)
– Feb. 28 – Snow Mountain Ranch Stampede 21km Classic (and other Stampede distances/techniques)
