March 05, 2014 (Anchorage, AK) – The Alaska Pacific University Nordic Ski Center, host of the 2014 U.S. National Championships and SuperTour Finals, is pleased to announce ConocoPhillips Alaska as the event’s title sponsor.

The 2014 ConocoPhillips Cross Country National Championships and SuperTour Finals are affiliated with the United States Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA). The event is scheduled for March 22-28, 2014, at Kincaid Park in Anchorage.

“These races are a chance to welcome our athletes home after an incredible season,” said James Southam, race director and former Olympian in Nordic skiing. “Alaskan skiers have been sensational in the World Cup races and this is a tremendous opportunity for them to ski in their hometown and inspire the next generation of Alaskan skiers.
