CXC Academy News – New Season, Fresh Start

April 21, 2013 – April 22nd will highlight the beginning of a new training season in CXC Academy. As always, we strongly suggest you start your training year by working through three simple steps outlined in the “Getting Started” section of our web site. Period 1 is about reintroducing the body to training. Rest is very important, but at some point, you need to make a stand and regain activity. Don’t be afraid to stray from the training plan slightly if a good opportunity presents itself. Maybe it’s a group bike or an ultimate Frisbee game. Whatever you choose, make sure it’s fun. It’s a long training year and a spring smile can go a long way come wintertime!

New Features in CXC Academy
We have already added some new functionality that you can use right now. Some of our improvements include: responsive data grids to present training plan numbers with expandable rows in a form of drop down sections.
