October 30, 2008 (Hayward, WI) – CXC Elite Team skiers Brian Gregg and Garrott Kuzzy, in conjunction with ActivEdge LLC, will be holding a fall ski clinic on Saturday, November 1 at the OO Trailhead on the Birkie Trail.

The two-hour clinic will start at 9:00 am sharp. The first hour of the clinic will focus on ski specific balance, coordination, and strength training. The second hour will be a group hill workout session with individual instruction. Clinic cost is $25 per person. Funds will go directly to Garrott and Brian. This clinic will be done on foot; bring your ski poles, running shoes, and water. No rollerskis required.

Schedule:
– 8:30 am – Registration at OO Trailhead. Cty Rd. OO at the Birkie Trail.
– 9:00 – 10:00: Ski specific balance, coordination, and strength training.
– 10:00 – 10:45: Hill workout with light intervals and individual attention.
– 10:45 – 11:00: Question and answer & wrap-up.

Immediately following the clinic participants may elect to participate in a group skate roller ski up and down Murphy Blvd.
