For the last 10 or so years, somehow Dave and I would bump into each other—but, I’ve known him for many, many years before that—skiing has definitely lost a great friend and I have also.
We always were so comfortable—as if we have been friends for life–we always had things to talk about and ideas and memory’s to share.
His passing wasn’t a surprise as he shared with me at the Maine Ski Hall of Fame dinner that he was dealing with cancer.
My condolences to his wife and the family and I am saddened as I will miss those get together’s we seem to fall into every year.
    We will miss you David.
