Dominica National XC Ski Team Seeks Wax Tech

May 07, 2013 (Bend, OR) – The Dominica National XC Ski Team is looking for an experienced wax tech (international experience preferred) for their two athletes. The team will be based in Bend, OR in May, in New Zealand July-Sept, and in Canmore Oct-Dec before heading to Europe/Sochi in mid-Jan for the Olympics. The time/travel commitment is flexible (particularly from May-Oct), and can be mutually agreed upon with further discussion. There is the option to continue with the team for the balance of 2014 and into 2015. Additional experience on the coaching side would be valuable.

    Hi Marty,
    My name is Gary di Silvestri and my wife and I are Dominican citizens. We are/were also competitive athletes at an international level in several sports. Our current focus is XC skiing and our country (Dominica) has asked us to represent them at the Olympics. JD Downing is our head coach, and we are looking for an experienced wax tech/assistant coach.
