September 27, 2013 – First snowfalls have been announced by Sun Valley, Idaho, founded in 1936 as America’s first ski resort, where fives inches fell and heavy snow was expected through tonight, along with Deer Valley in Utah, where early snowfalls arrived on September 25 and continued through the night – see video below.
