October 12, 2008 (Garnet Hill Lodge, NY) – Garnet Hill Lodge is looking for a Ski Program/Outdoor Recreation Director. This job presents a unique opportunity for a creative, energetic individual to develop and implement a family-oriented recreation program at the facility, a rustic four season Adirondack Mountain resort in upstate New York.

This is a leadership position in which the individual will develop and lead a team that assures that guests experience a relaxing, pleasurable vacation. Applicant must be able to work with all age groups and abilities. In winter, the individual will manage our thriving cross-country ski business which includes trail management, retail shop and ski school.

In other seasons, the successful candidate will develop and implement programs incorporating activities utilizing our lake for swimming, canoeing and kayaking as well as trails for hiking and mountain biking, Starting date and salary negotiable.
