November 23, 2008 (Ostersund, Sweden) – I’m now in Ostersund, Sweden, getting ready for the upcoming World Cup opener on Dec. 3rd. It’s great to finally be on snow. The Swedes have been busy, blowing snow around the clock for the last few days, and have just completed the 4km loop. This is the site of last year’s Biathlon World Championships so the course is in great shape – ultra-wide, well-lit, and covers some challenging terrain. Now, it’s just a matter of completing the last bit of training and preparation. See you next post…
