April 9, 2009 (Duntroon, ON) – Highlands Nordic is re-opened as of now for both members and the general public!! We will be open from Thurs. April 9 to Sun. April 12. After receiving 30cm of snow in the late season storm, 9km of trail has been pan groomed by snowmobile and track set. Conditions are unbelievable for this time of year so come join the “We Skied Highlands Nordic on Easter Weekend” Club! Highlands Nordic was recently the site of the 2009 Canadian XC Ski Championships.
