May 07, 2011 – BNC Members & Friends: I wanted to let everyone know that a long-time member of the Boulder Nordic Club has passed away. Irving Weiss, 92-year-old, is gone but he will always be remembered fondly for his wonderful sense of humor and enthusiasm for Nordic skiing. Irving was not only my close neighbor but a good friend to many, we will miss him. Irving lived life to the fullest.

I saw him on his morning run on Monday and understand that he ran with the Boulder Road Runners Club on Easter Sunday.  Cheers to you and your long life Irving. As details become available I will post them on the BNC homepage.
