The Canadian Paralympic Committee (CPC) is at an exciting turning point in its 35-year history. The Canadian Paralympic Committee (CPC) is seeking an organized, dynamic, and detail-oriented individual to serve as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CPC offers a fast-paced, growing environment, providing an exciting opportunity to work closely with the leadership team to support the effective governance of the organization and delivery of the CPC’s mandate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative responsibilities dealing with the CEO, such as scheduling, note taking, and logistical planning. The Executive Assistant will also deal directly with the Board to organize meetings, confirm travel arrangements and take meeting minutes. The successful candidate has an exceptional attention to detail, is a good communicator, and is service-oriented.
This position requires an individual who is experienced, mature, and efficient, with 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a non-profit environment. The successful candidate for the job will clearly demonstrate respect for confidentiality and volunteers, and have strong computer skills to effectively perform the job. An ability to work in both official languages is an asset.
