January 15, 2009 (Winthrop, WA) – Due to questionable weather conditions on Sunday, the Methow Valley SuperTour will move to the Loup Loup Ski Bowl for the second day of skiing. All races on Saturday remain the same! The race venue Saturday is still at Liberty Bell High School in Winthrop with sprint races beginning at 9am. Sunday will be classic races held at Loup Loup Ski Bowl starting at 10am. – more on the Loup Loup Ski Bowl here.

Sunday’s Revised Schedule at Loup Loup Ski Bowl:
– 10:00 a.m. J3 boys and girls, 3K, 2 laps
– 10:40 a.m. J2 boys and girls, 5K, 1 lap
– 11:30 a.m. J1-OJ, Senior, Master women, 10K, 2 laps
– 12:30 a.m. J1-OJ, Senior, Master men, 15K, 3 laps
– 2:00 p.m. J2-OJ Juniors, Seniors and Masters podium awards ceremony

There will be no J4-J7 races on Sunday.

There is plenty of spectator parking, great course viewing, concessions and amenities at the Loup.
