February 19, 2011 (Middlebury, VT) – UNH anchor Natasha Kulles brought home the victory for New Hampshire in the women’s 3x3x1km relay besting Dartmouth’s Stephanie Crocker with a finishing time of 32:03.5. UVM’s Amy Glen edged out Middlebury’s Sophie McClelland on the final uphill climb in a sprint finish to claim the final podium spot. Kulles celebrated the victory with team mates Clare Egan and Elizabeth Guiney.

Sam Tarling, Nils Koons, and Erik Packer gave mighty Dartmouth green another top podium as Packer, the anchor, prevailed in tight race over Middlebury’s Ben Lustgarden in second with UVM’s Fritz Horst taking third. Middlebury was later disqualified as unofficial team member Lustgarden contested the final leg due to a Middlebury mix up, resulting in UVM being awarded the silver and Dartmouth’s second team the bronze.
