MWSC News: Newsletter Facelift and Upcoming Events

release by the Maine Winter Sports Center

October 6, 2008 (Caribou, ME) – After more than a year of providing consistent and timely information to outdoor-minded folks in Aroostook County and beyond, the Maine Winter Sports Center Email Update is getting a facelift. The new version of the Email Update will continue to feature information on a wide array of human-powered sporting events, exercise and fitness opportunities, and outdoor lifestyle activities, with some added qualities.

Future editions of the bi-weekly update will be more aesthetically pleasing, in an easier-to-read format. Access to the MWSC and local ski club websites will also be enhanced, and further upgrades will include improved access to Aroostook Cup ski race results, interviews with MWSC athletes, and more.

As always, we want to hear from you! Please submit event information, or pass on a tip about an outdoor lifestyle-related activity going on in your area. We also want to know how you like the update upgrades, so please send your comments to mark@mainewsc.org.
