October 3, 2009 (Lake Placid, NY) – Eight NENSA athletes are now in Lake Placid at a training camp with members of the U.S. Ski Team, the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation, and the Central Cross Country Ski Association. The camp kicked off yesterday with a distance rollerski and trail run, and continues today with rollerski speeds and a strength session. The third annual Climb to the Castle rollerski race – which ascends Whiteface Mountain – looms on Wednesday.
