Upcoming USSA L100 and NENSA Level 1 Technique Clinics
June 27 at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center in Craftsbury, VT with US Ski Team’s Matt Whitcomb and NENSA’s Janice Sibilia. Contact Janice Sibilia at Janice@nensa.net to sign up. Although there is no fee for this clinic, sign up will help us to have an idea of how many people will be attending. (Of course, donations are always welcome! They will help create more opportunities like this camp for athletes in New England.) Link to more details here.

Also July 11 at Bradbury State Park in Freeport, Maine. Race a 6 mile trails race (optional!) in the morning, followed by 1 hour of technique instruction, a byo brown bag lunch session on physiology for skiers, and another hour of technique in the afternoon. The clinic will conclude with sample workouts covering proper technique for ski-walking and bounding. No rollerskis needed — just running shoes, food and water, and appropriate clothing for an active day. Link to more details here.
