October 4, 2008 (Stowe, VT) – Join NENSA Staff for an overnight clinic to kick-off the ski season. The clinic will take place on the wooded trails of Trapp Family Lodge and nearby for rollerskiing on the bike path in Stowe. Clinic is open to all. On Saturday morning, clinic participants will receive an overview of classic technique including Striding, DP and DP kick. While taking a break for lunch skiers are encouraged to bring their training plans to critique them with the NENSA coaches. In the afternoon, bounding/ski walking session (with instruction) will take place and demonstration of a core strength program will follow.

On Sunday morning we will attack the local rail trail to work on skating technique. Participants are also welcome to attend the NENSA Fall Board meeting that is taking place after the clinic.

The cost for the clinic is $30 for NENSA Members / $50 for non members and No Charge for NENSA Masters Team Members. Price includes full day of coaching on Saturday and A.M. on Sunday.

Trapp Family Lodge is offering clinic participants a very special rate of $125.00 per night for non-Stowe residents.
