Hockey legend Ray Bourque, who serves as a trustee of the United States Biathlon Foundation, also announced the “Ultimate Portland Seadogs Prize Package” charity raffle to benefit the US Biathlon Foundation. One lucky winner will receive an incredible Portland Sea Dogs prize package.

Proceeds from our first raffle will help ensure the team continues to have what it needs to compete – not only this year, but into the future as well.”
