SkiTrax FIS Fantasy World Cup, TdS, Oslo Contests – Phase 1 Launching Soon – Updated

October 24, 2010 (Toronto, ON) – We’re excited once again to announce that Phase 1 of our international 3-in-1 SkiTrax FIS Fantasy World Cup, Tour de Ski, and Oslo Nordic Worlds contests will be launching soon for contestants around the world – the only Nordic contests of their kind worldwide. The first contest out of the box once again is our season-long FIS Fantasy World Cup Contest similar to last year but with some new twists.

FIS is on board along with a host of fabulous sponsors featuring lots of great prizes that could reach $10,000 or more – Fischer, Rossignol, Alpina, Peltonen, Yoko, Trapp Family Lodge, Swix, One Way, SkiGo, Auclair, Buff, BC Nordic, Concept2, Rottefella, Fresh Air Experience and High Peaks Cyclery have all signed on again with more to be announced soon.

SkiTrax FIS Fantasy World Cup Contest
– register your team of four (4) men, and four (4) women plus two “Outlaw” skiers
– bonus Tour de Ski and Olso Worlds points
– 1st prize is a Fischer package (to be announced soon)
– first World Cup is Nov. 20 in Gallivare, Sweden
– registration opens the first week of November

SkiTrax FIS Fantasy Tour de Ski Contest
– register your team of four (4) men, and four (4) women plus two “Outlaw” skiers
– bonus Team and Val Climb points
– 1st prize is a Rossignol package (to be announced soon)
– first TdS event is Dec. 31 in Oberhof, Germany
– registration opens in December 2010

SkiTrax FIS Fantasy 2010 Oslo Worlds Contest
– earn points by selecting the final podiums at all 12 cross-country ski events for men and women
– bonus multi-Podium and Overall medal points
– 1st prize is an Alpina package (to be announced soon)
– Oslo 2011 Worlds run from Feb. 24-March 6
– registration opens February 2011
