Lodwick made history with the win, upsetting favored  German skier Ronny Ackermann to take the title in the three-event German Grand  Prix. Lodwick won $30,000 in prize money with two thirds and the win in the  Grand Prix. He now stands third in the season-long money list and poised  for a career best season.
