The four-storey, 46-unit condominium style building will be located in one of the premier locations at the resort, situated just a short walking distance from the Gondola Plaza and offering the convenience of ski-in, ski-out access as well as breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains and slope side activity.

“Kicking Horse has quickly gained a reputation as the up and coming resort and the buzz is definitely out there,” said Rod Nadeau, President of Palliser Lodge . “Having experienced and worked through the real estate explosion in Whistler, it’s exciting to be in on the ground floor once again at such an incredible resort.”

Palliser Lodge will offer one, two and three-bedroom units as well as luxury penthouse suites on the top floor. Units range in size from 612 square feet to 1,583 square feet, with prices starting at $249,900. Each unit will come completely furnished with many custom options available including designer colour packages and private hot tubs on the larger decks to name a few. The building will feature concrete construction throughout providing durability, soundproofing and low maintenance costs. It will be built to the R2000 standard providing a healthy comfortable living environment that is so energy efficient that on an average winter day a 1 bedroom condo can be heated by 2 people and a couple of lights.
