November 17, 2005 – World Cup berths for the races Dec. 10-18 in Canada are on the line in early SuperTour races. Kris Freeman won the first two events in below-subzero cold Nov. 5-6 in Fairbanks while Kikkan Randall and Canadian Olympic champ Beckie Scott won the women’s race. Poor snow in Anchorage forced organizers to scrub the SuperTour races Nov. 12-13 in Anchorage. Next up: West Yellowstone over American Thanksgiving.
