May 3, 2008 – The US Ski Team has introduced a New Elite Development Pipeline. The purpose of the document is to help disseminate consistent information in a simple, clear and illustrative fashion providing some basic training theory from the USST. The plan is to continue to use this in our brochures and education materials to help the development of our athletes. The EDP is being printed as a part of a brochure that will be ready for distribution in May 08. Soon after we’ll include it in our L100 coaches education manual.
