February 18, 2011 – The USSA SuperTour races scheduled for the streets of Madison, WI are canceled due to an expected 100,000 people staging protests outside the state Capital.  The organizers put lots of preparation into making these events happen despite the warm temps, with snow was stock piled and ready to be trucked, and foreign athletes are onsite for a chance at prize $ just a week before the Birkie… but in the end politics derailed these high level races.
