December 01, 2018 (West Yellowstone, Mont.) – Julie Kern (SMS T2) took the win in the women’s Sprint FR at the opening round of the 2018-19 USSA SuperTour in West Yellowstone, Mont. on Saturday. Rosie Frankowski (APU) finished second followed by her teammate Hannah Halvorsen in third.

Topping the men’s field was veteran World Cup and former USST skier, Andy Newell (Stratton Mountain/Salomon) who raced to victory over Benjamin Lustgarten (Craftsbury Green Project) in second followed by Ricardo Izquierdo-Bernier (University of New Mexico) in third.
